BLAKES LONDON

Blakes was conceived by Anouska Hempel when the ‘couture’ hotel did not exist. Timeless and beautiful since its opening in 1978, it plays the balance of theatrical excess and warm hospitality. From this Chelsea hotel, a sensual and esoteric place of unconventional luxury, Blakes became a world leading name in luxury with imagination. A preciously guarded secret address in the world of fashion, film, music and art.

NOBU HOTEL LONDON SHOREDITCH

The modern purpose-built hotel benefits from a bold architectural intervention into the east London neighbourhood, enhances guest experience across its 147 guest rooms. F&B outlets including a Nobu restaurant, event space and public areas. The hotel is situated at the heart of Shoreditch, conveniently located near to blue chip occupiers and some of London’s best entertainment destinations.

A sixth floor extension was added, with 16 additional guest rooms, including a 180 sqm Penthouse suite with a large terrace and views over London’s skyline.

MA Hotels oversaw the Management terms negotiations and worked as an advisory for the acquisition of the site from the airport authority. Engagement with operating brands after intensive market study. Direction of the redesign and value engineering of the project facilities. Concept development of the F&B area to serve the hotel guests and airport visitors.
